Return Merchandise
Authorization Policy

RMA Policy

Bi-Tech Enterprises, Inc. (Bi-Tech) will accept merchandise for a refund or replacement only after you have been issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number). Merchandise arriving at our facility without this number will be refused. The RMA number must be displayed on the outside of the package and be easily readable or the package will not be accepted.

To obtain an RMA number, please call (631) 737-5300 between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Eastern Time. Ask for the Customer Service Department, and explain the difficulty to them. You may also obtain an RMA by filling out our RMA form.

Goods damaged in shipment must be claimed to the common carrier that delivered the merchandise. Damage to Merchandise occurring during shipping will not be covered under warranty. Report damaged merchandise to the carrier that delivered the merchandise. Be sure to retain the original shipping materials: carton packing, etc., as the carrier will not honor any claim without it. Report the damage as soon as possible as some carriers have a time limit to report damage.

Problems resulting from merchandise that is defective before shipment or shipped in error will be accepted for replacement without penalty or additional charge.

Goods returned for any reason are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Returns must be authorized within 15 days of shipping.

  2. Merchandise must be in its original packing and include all documentation, registration cards, literature, coupons, etc. that were in the original packaging.

  3. A complete description of the problem must be enclosed with merchandise. Without the explanation, merchandise will not be processed.

  4. A copy of invoice must accompany any return.

  5. Merchandise must not be physically damaged, marred, or otherwise made unfit for sale prior to return.

  6. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

  7. Merchandise is subject to 15% or $5.00 charge (whichever is greater) on all refunds to cover the cost of inspection, repackagin, and restocking of returned merchandise. This charge, if applicable, will be waived if the refund is applied towards other merchandise at time of return.

  8. Refunds, if requested, will be made within 30 days in a similar manner as original payment (Merchandise paid for with MasterCard will receive MasterCard credit, etc.).

  9. Bi-Tech Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any merchandise it determines to have been tampered with and/or mistreated. These items will be returned to the sender postage due.

Merchandise sent for repair in or out of warranty must receive an RMA number. If you have any questions or problems, call the Customer Service Department at (631) 737-5300, between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm, Eastern Time or Email Customer Service. Remember, never send a package without an RMA Number.
