On-site Service:
For ALL customers Bi-Tech On-Site Service will be charged at $135 per hour with a minimum $75 On-Site Fee.

For service delivered to our Service Center all work is charged at $100 per hour with a $50 minimum fee.

Remote Access & Phone Support:
Technical Support by Broadband Internet Connection to the customer's computer to diagnose and repair problems which may have normally required a service call or Technical Support for hardware and software questions with a Technical Support Specialist.

2008 On-Site Service Discounts |
Customers who over the prior year have 10 hours or more of service are eligible for an exclusive discount on the regular rate of $135 per hour. These rates can also be prepaid to secure this price.

Effective Immediately:
- Discounts are only allowed when invoices are paid within 30 days.
- Discounts do not apply for overtime on-site service; service performed outside of normal 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM business hours.

Payment Terms: |
Payment is expected at the time service is performed.
Upon acceptance of the customer's application net terms are available.
On-Site Service is subject to a travel differential charge for out of area service.
